Monthly Reflective Circle
A reflective space for early childhood professionals
At the end of each month, we gather as a community of early childhood professionals to sit together, share our stories, and reflect on the work we do. It’s not about having the “right” answers, but about slowing down, listening, and learning from one another.
As John Dewey reminds us, “We do not learn from experience... We learn from reflecting on experience.” That’s what this space is for —taking time to pause and reflect so that our experiences can shape us in deeper ways.
Our hope is that when you join, you’ll feel a true sense of belonging, and that you’ll leave each session feeling supported, encouraged, and empowered in your work.

Working in early childhood can be both deeply rewarding and emotionally demanding. We hold so much—stories, challenges, questions, and hopes—not just for ourselves, but for the children and families we care for. Having a space to share and reflect with others who understand this work helps lighten the load and strengthens our ability to keep showing up with presence and compassion.
The Reflective Circle is not about adding one more task to your plate, but about giving yourself permission to pause. Here, your experiences are honored, your voice is valued, and your well-being matters
